Inspired by the Japanese street racing scene in the 1980s and 1990s and the manga that made drifting famous, Initial D, Déjà Vu is a novella which follows the adventures of one man as he drifts literally and figuratively around the United States, working low wage jobs, meeting strangers, and kitting out his cheap Japanese car.
