The third volume features an essay which expands on the French feminist theorist Helene Cixous’ concept of ecriture feminine to include narrative works beyond writing, which women throughout history often lacked access to. Starting with the ancient prehistory of female shamanism, ecriture feminine reaches its present stage as autofiction. Fiction, poetry, and original illustration are included from various contributors.
